Sharing our family legacy through food

Pamana is a restaurant residency at The Hoxton Hotel in Old Town Chinatown, Portland. Pamana, meaning legacy or heritage in Tagalog, explores the connections of culture, personal traditions and presence in global cuisine. The owners are spouses Geri and Ethan Leung, first and second generation Filipino and Filipino-Chinese Americans. Through Pamana, they draw inspiration from their own upbringing and recipes passed down from their families. Pamana’s menu will include dishes mainly inspired by Filipino ingredients and dishes, as well as dishes they’ve experienced throughout their lives traveling through the United States and abroad.
