the menu
Dishes at Pamana are crafted with care and skill drawing inspiration from family tradition and Filipino ingredients. We offer a Filipino brunch menu filled with comforting traditional breakfast staples (silogs, pandesal, lumpia).
In the past we have also served an elevated Filipino dining experience with a Kamayan-style tasting menu. Our dinner service will return in the future–at our new location opening in late fall at NE 30th and Killingsworth!
